SNOOZ turns on/off or changes volumes by itselfUpdated 2 months ago
First Steps
1. Plug your SNOOZ into another outlet and see if the issue persists.
Second Step
If that doesn't help, follow the steps below to update the firmware on your device.
1. Open the App and let it connect to SNOOZ.
2. Go to Settings > Software. The screen should say the firmware is up to date.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap the SNOOZ logo 7 times. A window will open asking for a code. Type in: 123
4. Click "Start Update". This will install software on your SNOOZ and reset the cap touch buttons. The update will take about 3 minutes on iOS or 5 minutes if you are on Android.
Third Step
If none of the above works or if you are unable to update your firmware, follow the steps below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1. Turn SNOOZ on.
2. Simultaneously press the volume up and down buttons for 5 seconds until SNOOZ shuts off.
3. Turn SNOOZ back on and see if the problem persists.
*Please note this will delete any timers you have set with the scheduler.
