Download the latest version of the App Turn the unit on Open the SNOOZ App on your mobile device Click "Add New" On the Select your Device Screen, select Breez If you don’t see Breez as an option, please update to the latest version of the App
Breez is making an undesirable sound

How to perform a factory reset?
Follow the steps below to perform a hard reset on the unit:. 1) Turn Breez on. 2) Simultaneously press the volume up and down buttons for 5 seconds until Breez shuts off. *Please note this will delete any timers you have set with the scheduler.
