What does the Snooz app do?
The Snooz app lets you control your Snooz sound devices from your phone — pair and manage devices over Bluetooth, adjust volume and tone, run timers, build schedules to start and stop sounds automatically, update device firmware, and browse the in-ap
Which Snooz devices work with the app?
The app supports the Snooz Original, Snooz Pro, Snooz Breez, and Snooz Button.
What Android and iOs versions are supported?

Does the app work on tablets?
The app runs on iPad natively and on Android tablets that meet the minimum OS and Bluetooth requirements. It's primarily designed for phones, so some layouts may not be optimized for larger screens.
Is the app free?
Yes, the Snooz app is free to download and use with your Snooz device.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No — you can pair and control your Snooz device without an account. An account is only required to update your device's firmware.
How do I connect my Snooz device to the app?
Select “Add Device” on the Devices screen. The app will scan for nearby Snooz devices and automatically populate the screen when detected. If your device does not appear after multiple attempts select “Can’t find your device?” at the bottom of the sc
Why does the app ask for Bluetooth and Location permissions?
Bluetooth is required to communicate with your device. On some Android versions, the system also requires Location permission in order to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
Can I control more than one device with the app?
Yes. You can pair multiple Snooz devices to your account and switch between them in the app.
Can I schedule the sound to start and stop automatically?
Yes. The app includes a scheduler so you can set sounds to run on a recurring schedule. Breez and Pro have a timer feature for shorter sessions (available for updated devices).
Does the app need an internet connection?
No, an internet connection is only required to update device firmware.
How do I update my device's firmware?
Navigate to Settings -> Device Updates when connected to the device you would like to update. Select start update if a new version is available. Keep your device powered and your phone close by during the update; don't close or sleep the app until it

How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your account email. You'll get a reset link by email. Passwords can also be reset at any time by navigating to Settings -> Account and selecting the circled lock icon in the password field.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your Snooz account. Your device will keep working, but you'll need to sign in again to receive future firmware updates.
I requested a password reset but didn't get the email — what now?

How does the T&N App differ from the SNOOZ App?
The two Apps have a slightly different look from one another. However, everything is cross compatible! Your Tuft and Needle SNOOZ and your SNOOZ will work with either the Tuft and Needle White Noise App or the SNOOZ App.
