Does SNOOZ Go sound like SNOOZ Original?
It definitely sounds a little different and, being totally honest, not as good as the real fan sound from the original. However, we think it's about as good as you can get from a digital speaker and good enough for a battery-powered travel device!
Where is the charging cord?
The charging cord is tucked under a flap in the inner tray. If you pull out the cardboard tray that was holding the unit and flip it over, you'll see it under the flap.
Does SNOOZ Go connect to the SNOOZ App?
Unfortunately, SNOOZ Go is not currently compatible with the SNOOZ App.
How long does it take to charge?
SNOOZ Go can take between 2-6 hours to charge depending on your power adapter.
Is SNOOZ Go safe to travel with on an airplane?
The battery used in SNOOZ Go is very small and holds just 5.9 watts (well below the 100 watt limit per battery required by the FAA). It should be well within specs and is similar to the size of lithium ion batteries found in today's smartphones.
Can I travel with SNOOZ Go internationally?
SNOOZ Go charges through a standard USB cable which should work without issue internationally.
Will leaving SNOOZ Go plugged in majority of the time cause any issues?
Nope!. You can keep SNOOZ Go plugged in indefinitely just like a laptop and not cause battery issues.
